Aenoteca brings WSET wine education back to Acqua Restaurant on Rue François Ngin. Level 1 Award in Wines is a one-day beginner course on 3 December — fundamentals, styles, grape varieties, pairing and tasting of four wines — USD 390 per person, exam the same day. Level 2 Award in Wines runs 4–6 December with the exam on 7 December — deeper regions, styles and professional tasting across about thirty wines — USD 988 per person.
